Water Shut Offs Resume in August

 CUSTOMERS WITH PAST DUE BALANCES:

City of Red Bluff water service shut-offs will resume on Wednesday, August 17, 2022.

The moratorium on water services shut-offs, detailed in the California Executive Order N-42-20, ended on February 1, 2022. In compliance with Ordinance No 304 of the City of Red Bluff, the city will resume shut-offs beginning August 17, 2022.

If you have a past due balance, you will need to pay your bill to avoid having your water service discontinued. The last thing we want to do is discontinue your water service. Our goal is to help you through this difficult time and ask that you contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements to avoid a lapse in service.

The city is offering payment plans and there are community resources available to help you pay your bill:
Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP)
530-378-6900
Nation’s Finest (Veteran’s Assistance)
530-223-3211
California Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)
