Loan Program

The Loan Program is able to provide variety of housing services with funding from Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Program, Housing & Urban Development (HUD).

City of Red Bluff contracted out a professional Loan Program management firm. These include the First Time Homebuyer Downpayment Assistance Program and Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program. These programs are financed by grants from the California Department of Housing and Community Development using federal HUD resources of HOME and CDBG programs. Additional funding for these two programs comes from repayment of loans from past participants.
