About the Finance Department
The City of Red Bluff's Finance Department is responsible for managing the City's financial operations; including the accounting of all revenues and expenditures, the preparation and administration of the City's annual budget, and providing customer service to the Red Bluff community.
Office Hours
Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays and most holidays.
