Effective July 1, 2019, The City of Red Bluff contracts with Tehama County Animal Control for animal control services and dog licensing services at the Animal Care Center. The shelter is located at 1830 Walnut Street in Red Bluff. The phone number is (530) 527-3439. Please call or go to the Tehama County Animal Care Center for all services related to dogs in the City of Red Bluff.
