About the Finance Department
The City of Red Bluff's Finance Department is responsible for managing the City's financial operations; including the accounting of all revenues and expenditures, the preparation and administration of the City's annual budget and providing customer service to the Red Bluff community.
Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays and most holidays.
